  Furious! I discussed KMC XD Holeshot Wheels & 4 new tires with Dan during several phone calls. I brought in a bank approval letter and stood with Dan as he called and ordered my new Wheels. Install day, I dealt with the manager Bill. He was helpful, professional however after $ changed hands and I see they installed the wrong wheels... I tell him & he said and I quote," Ooops, Sorry". Shrugging me off. They instead installed black winter wheels. I have a $1000 signature loan to pay off a full set of wheels and tires which were NOT what I order. I have not gone back to discuss further in fear I will literally blow up in that shop. To be treated with such disregard, I am furious. Madawaska, ME is such a small quaint town to be so careless. A "free oil change" for a review... I rather pay for my oil change elsewhere where to avoid the stress of incompetency, unprofessional-ism and simply being ripped off.

  The staff at VIP in Madawaska are very friendly and take the time to explain what they have done with your car in an easy to understand fashion and also provide detailed explanations on what should be done next, without being too pushy, making the overall experience an enjoyable one.

  They dont pay there employees enough and dont hire certified employees. Better of with your local mechanic or hogan tire or highway tire.
